Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our goods, we do have a NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS policy.

Substitution policy

Photo designs shown represent the overall theme and style of the cake. Our designers reserve the right to make substitutions of flowers on the cake due to availability on the particular day of the order and season that may not exactly match the photo. However, the overall tone and style of the cake will be similar to the design chosen. Any substitutions made will reflect an equal or higher value.

Normal Pickup Times: Our normal pickup times are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. However, we understand that schedules can vary, and we are happy to accommodate alternative pickup times on a one-on-one basis. Please contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time outside of our regular hours.

Responsibility: Once the cake has been handed over to the client, Macarons by Mila will no longer be responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation. We take great care to ensure that our cakes are crafted with precision and care, but we cannot guarantee their condition once they leave our premises. It is the client's responsibility to transport the cake safely to its destination. We recommend placing the cake on a flat surface in your vehicle and driving carefully to avoid any accidents or damages. Delivery Recommendation:

For the best condition possible and to ensure your custom cakes and desserts arrive safely and cooled, we highly recommend utilizing our delivery service. Delivery is highly recommended and is available all throughout the southern California for an additional affordable fee and can be arranged by texting or calling us at (747) 203-2445.
